We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodology within the organization and ensuring that the team follows the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, be able to lead and coach teams, and ensure that project goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile methodology within the organization, including daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework, including maintaining the product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown chart
• Lead and coach the team to adopt Agile principles and practices, and continuously improve the development process
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to identify and prioritize product backlog items
• Remove any impediments that prevent the team from achieving their goals
• Ensure that project goals are achieved within the given timeframe and budget
• Monitor and report on team performance and progress, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team and the organization as a whole

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with experience in implementing Agile methodologies in large organizations
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in software development, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other Agile frameworks and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is required
