We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead and facilitate multiple Agile teams. In this role, you will guide teams in adopting Scrum best practices, promote collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within the Payments or Banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, refined product backlog.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team progress and delivery.
• Monitor team performance, dynamics, and productivity; provide feedback and support where needed.
• Serve as a bridge between development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Track, analyze, and report Agile metrics to drive accountability and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Experience in Payments, Banking, or Cards domain is required.
