We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team, with a track record of successfully leading Agile projects. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments to the team's progress. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
2. Guide the team on Agile principles, practices, and the Scrum framework.
3. Ensure that the team follows agreed-upon Scrum practices and rules.
4. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-organized and prioritized product backlog.
5. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders as necessary.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the team to identify areas for growth and facilitating change.
7. Monitor sprint progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
8. Act as a servant leader to the team, focusing on the team's success and the success of the project.
9. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and their roles within the Scrum framework.

Requirements:

1. 5 to 15 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully leading Agile projects.
2. Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
7. Experience working with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.
8. Knowledge of other Agile methodologies, such as Kanban, is a plus.
