We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive successful delivery at scale. The role requires strong SAFe expertise, servant leadership, and the ability to align multiple teams and stakeholders toward shared business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in RTE / Agile leadership roles
• Proven experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, including preparation, execution, and confidence voting
• Strong understanding of ART flow and Continuous Delivery Pipeline optimization
• Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and practices
• Expertise in servant leadership, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams
• Ability to proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A) workshops, and key ART ceremonies
• Monitor and improve value delivery across the ART, removing bottlenecks
• Identify, manage, and escalate program-level risks and dependencies
• Act as a liaison between teams, Product Management, Business Owners, and leadership
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity
• Lead without authority and enable teams to perform at their best

Certifications & Qualifications

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large-scale Agile environments
