We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices to promote self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Help the team identify and address potential impediments to sprint goals and project success.
• Promote a collaborative and transparent team environment, fostering open communication and trust.
• Monitor sprint progress and metrics, and report on team performance to stakeholders.
• Assist in the prioritization of backlog items and ensure the team delivers value in each sprint.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and promote Agile best practices.

Qualifications:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
