We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile teams in delivering high-quality results and achieving sprint goals. You will play a vital role in establishing team metrics, such as capacity and throughput, to track sprint progress. Your leadership and relationship-building skills will help create a positive and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish and monitor team metrics to track capacity, throughput, and sprint progress.
• Coach and mentor team members in agile practices and principles.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure a well-defined backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years serving as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successful agile project delivery.
• Mastery of Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence, for project management and documentation.
• Experience working in a scaled agile environment, adapting practices to fit larger organizational needs.
• 2-3 years of project management experience in waterfall methodologies.
• Second or third-level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC) is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for team dynamics and relationship building.
