We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master with Business Analysis expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Scrum and Business Analysis methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team in Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Ensure the development team is aligned with the product vision and business goals.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report project status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
