Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) Administrator to join our IT team. As an SCCM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SCCM infrastructure, ensuring the efficient deployment and management of software, updates, and configurations across our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the SCCM infrastructure to support software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.
  • Configure and maintain software packages, updates, and task sequences within SCCM.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM server health and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to define software and configuration requirements.
  • Create and maintain SCCM collections and queries to target specific groups of devices.
  • Coordinate and execute software deployments and updates in compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with SCCM and related technologies, recommending improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 6 to 12 years of experience as an SCCM Administrator or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCCM, including software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Experience with SCCM reporting and custom report creation.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SCCM) is a plus.
