Technical Skills

• Strong background in Healthcare, with knowledge of HEDIS and healthcare domain (diagnosis codes, procedure codes, pharmacy codes).
• Advanced proficiency in SAS for data analysis and manipulation.
• Expertise in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Toad, Teradata) and Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Inovalon QSI-XL.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
