We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Transportation Management processes and have a proven track record in implementing and configuring SAP TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced skills to configure and troubleshoot core SAP Transportation Management processes effectively.
• Configure processes and objects for Order-to-Receipt (OTR) and Delivery-to-Receipt.
• Manage Freight Unit, Freight Order, FU Building Rules, Planning Profiles, Carrier Selection Settings, and Carrier Assignment for Direct Shipments.
• Set up Freight Settlement Profiles, Freight Settlement Documents (FSD), Carrier Invoice Creation and Postings, Charge Types, and Rate Tables.
• Ensure seamless integration between ECC and TM, particularly for sales orders, deliveries, and stock transport orders.
• Manage TM Master Data, including Products, Business Partners, Transportation Networks (locations, routes, zones), Means of Transport, and Resources (Vehicles).
• Configure Selection Profiles and Planning Profiles, including conditions, Optimizer Planning, and scheduling strategies.
• Oversee Carrier Selection and Tendering processes to ensure timely and cost-effective freight execution.
• Develop and implement shipper scenarios involving various modes of transport, including Road and Rail.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP TM, with hands-on experience in configurations and implementations.
• Proven experience with at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle SAP TM projects.
• Proficient in configuring the related conditions in SAP TM using the BRF+ framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
