We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Principal Consultant with strong expertise in SAP RISE with SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP BASIS administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP technical experience, including leading enterprise-wide migration initiatives, SAP system/datacenter migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP RISE with SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives for enterprise environments.
- Define and execute SAP BASIS migration strategies, including migration planning, downtime optimization, and cutover execution.
- Manage and coordinate all BASIS-related migration activities including SUM/DMO, system conversion, and post-migration stabilization.
- Work closely with SAP RISE teams and client stakeholders as the primary technical point of contact.
- Drive SAP tenant copy activities and ensure successful system transition execution.
- Utilize System Transition Workbench methodologies to support migration and transformation projects.
- Support SAP HANA database administration activities and ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning through go-live and hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- SAP technical consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BASIS administration.
- Proven experience with SAP RISE Migration projects.
- Experience leading SAP System/Data Center Migration initiatives.
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture and migration methodologies.
- Expertise in SAP HANA Database Administration.
- Strong knowledge of SUM/DMO tools and migration execution.
- Familiarity with System Transition Workbench methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment in Atlanta, GA.
