Technical / Functional Skills

• Experience with the implementation and management of SAP Success Factors; specifically, the Employee Central module (Certification is highly desirable)
• 8 years of experience with the implementation and management of HCM platforms in a global organization
• Experience with the implementation and management of custom developed applications
• Experience with the implementation of learning platforms is a plus
• Experience leading complex implementations, providing technical direction, guidance and oversight to complex projects
• Experience with and detailed understanding of technical concepts such as authentication, encryption, SSO, MFA, Active Directory, data integrations using secure file transfer and API
• Experience with information security policies and processes
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
