Roles & Responsibilities

• Operational delivery of the Service according to Service Delivery practices.
• Ensuring the support for business users according to the support model.
• Ensure the IT operational process compliance according to Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
• Monitoring the quality-of-service delivery in co-operation with SIAM function and Vendor and Contract Manager(s).
• Responsible for the asset and configuration item data quality throughout their lifecycle in cooperation with SIAM function and Domain Architects.
• Co-operation with offshore AMS & hosting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in SAP administration, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including database administration (e.g., HANA), ABAP programming, and Fiori UI5 development.
• Familiarity with other technologies such as Java, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs is an asset.
• Experience with SAP Service Desk or similar ITSM tools.
