Bachelor’s degree in related technology field of study
Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support
Strong knowledge of SAP applications primarily SAP SD as well as, working knowledge of related MM, FI and Logistics integrations
Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective organization, planning, analytical skills and follow through
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide of variety of diverse resources with varying degrees of technological expertise
Service oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools as applied to IT initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office Software, Smartsheet, SAP support portal and basic computer knowledge as well as basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in hand with business leads in the C2C space on project design and deliverables
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
