Production support for any business query identifies the production issue vs. New requirement/Enhancement.
Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Lead or participate in full lifecycle implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide functional expertise in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integration, and interface development.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and support pack applications as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
Responsible for the Record to Report in S/4, with a focus on SAP FI.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA version 1909 and above with Front-End Fiori Tile Business Transactions.
Knowledge of Production support and Incident Management through Service Now and Jira, Able to handle production issues, troubleshoot, and escalations.
Knowledge of Error correction and suspense Accounting in SAP for any SAP posting through Suspense and support the correction process to reverse the suspense accounting.
