Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP release schedules, aligning with business priorities.
• Coordinate across teams (business, development, QA, infrastructure) for release readiness.
• Manage SAP transport landscape and sequencing of transports across environments.
• Approve and monitor SAP changes to minimize operational disruptions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, track and resolve issues to maintain release integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related queries and escalations.
• Facilitate UAT and CAB meetings for release sign-offs.
• Suggest design improvements and maintain effective communication across teams.
• Basic knowledge of Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP S/4 Release Management.
• Experience managing SAP transport landscape and release processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Agile processes and change management.
