Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 full Greenfield S/4 HANA implementations or 4 support projects in PP and QM modules.
• Strong technical/functional knowledge of SAP ERP, specifically S/4 HANA PP and QM.
• Basic understanding of other S/4 HANA modules: FICO, MM, PM, SD.
• Experience in Change Management, including effort estimation, custom developments, configuration, testing, UAT, and user training.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead S/4 HANA Greenfield implementations for PP and QM, including master data, process configuration, and integration.
• Configure and manage Production Planning processes: MTS, Demand Management, CRP, MRP, Production Orders, Batch/Serial Number Management, PPDS, and integration with IBP.
• Configure and manage Quality Management processes: quality certificates, inspection planning, notifications, multiple specifications, automatic batch valuation, and integration with PP, SD, and MM.
• Deliver functional specifications (FRICE/WRICEF), organizational structure setup, and technical object definitions.
• Build global templates for S/4 HANA PP and QM and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Identify opportunities for process/system enhancements and support client workshops and stakeholder communication.
