We are seeking a seasoned Aero & Defense Business Advisor with deep industry experience and strong business acumen. This role will support SAP S/4 HANA initiatives by driving industry strategy, engaging with customers at the executive level, and providing market intelligence and advisory services to deliver business outcomes.
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Degree in Business Administration or Aeronautics
- 15+ years of experience in the Aero & Defense industry
- Strong understanding of industry market dynamics, trends, and best practices
- Proven experience in customer advisory, consulting, or business strategy
- Excellent business communication and executive presence
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams
- Experience working with strategic partners and global customers
