Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP RAR solutions integrated with FI, SD, and/or BRIM modules
• Drive two or more full lifecycle SAP RAR implementation projects including legacy to RAR migration
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Design and configure end-to-end business processes within RAR, including integration points with SD, FI/CO, and BRIM
• Ensure solutions are compliant with IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and other relevant accounting standards
• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams, ensuring delivery aligns with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices
• Utilize BRF+ for rule configuration where applicable
• Act as a subject matter expert for RAR and revenue recognition processes
• Deliver executive-level presentations and documentation, including solution proposals and business cases
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities for RAR projects
• Stay current with SAP innovations, especially in S/4HANA Finance and RAR

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR including configuration, design, and integration
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP RAR implementations, including migration experience
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO integration, BRIM, Revenue Recognition, COPA, and IFRS 16
• Proven experience in designing solutions across RAR, SD, and FI/CO modules
• Experience with BRF+ for business rules configuration is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solution designs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in high tech or software industries with a good understanding of accounting principles
• Prior experience working in S/4HANA environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
