We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementations. This role requires expertise in managing onshore and offshore teams, handling full project life cycles, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full life cycle SAP SD module implementations (Greenfield & Brownfield), with integration to SAP FI, CO, MM, and IM.
- Apply project management best practices (PMBOK), ensuring delivery on time, cost, and quality.
- Manage and coordinate activities between functional and technical teams, driving collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Perform risk assessments and manage project governance to address key risks and issues.
- Oversee testing phases, working with IT teams to ensure successful execution.
- Design, develop, document, and implement new SAP projects while ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Required Experience
- Over all 12+ years experience, 5+ years of experience in Global Integrated Delivery, managing onshore/offshore teams.
- At least 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP SD with integration to FI, CO, MM, and IM.
- Proven project management experience, managing teams of 15+ employees.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
