Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP & QM. 
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and test the module and identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. 
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required and proactively identify, propose business processes and system enhancement.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. 
• Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.

 

Preferred Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP PP and QM modules.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP and QM processes.
• Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
