Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP & QM.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Design, customize, configure and test the module and identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required and proactively identify, propose business processes and system enhancement.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.
Preferred Skills
Strong expertise in SAP PP and QM modules.
Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP and QM processes.
Good understanding of SAP integration with other modules.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
