Roles and Responsibilities

• As an SAP PEO Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP-based solutions. 
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving continuous improvements in processes and technologies.
• Lead the process design, realization and deploy of PLM / Master Data with SAP PEO (Master Data – Materials, EBOM to MBOM Conversion, Engineering Change Management / Versions).
• In-depth understanding of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA PP, PLM (SAP or Siemens Team Center), SAP S/4HANA PEO.

Preferred Skills

• Significant experience in SAP PEO (People Engagement Office) implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and related modules.
• Expertise in SAP ABAP programming language.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA: PEO (Production Engineering and Operations) – 1-2 years, PP – 15 years, SAP ME/MII – 2-5 years.
• Business Process: SAP PLM / Master Data (Materials, BOM, ECN) – 5 years, Manufacturing – 10 years, Planning – 5 years.
• Industry: Ideally Aerospace, if not, at least heavy industrial manufacturing and/or Automotive.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications in SAP PEO and related technologies are a plus.
