We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, SAP ECC/S4HANA Payroll configuration, and end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with payroll business and operations teams and a proven track record of full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Must-Have Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in US Payroll processes and operations.
- Experience with:
- Tax remittances and tax configuration
- BSI Tax Factory
- Garnishments
- Year-end processing
- Paystubs
- 941 filings
- Unemployment insurance
- Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
- Ability to independently work with Payroll Business and Operations teams.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Payroll solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Support US Payroll processes, including taxes, garnishments, year-end activities, and regulatory filings.
- Work closely with Payroll Business and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
- Support integrations and technical enhancements when required.
- Ensure payroll solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP Payroll experience, with 20+ years preferred.
- Strong US Payroll functional expertise.
- Extensive SAP ECC/S4 Payroll configuration experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
