SAP OTC Consultant

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) with strong expertise in SAP SD.

• Hands-on experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Customer Master Data, and Credit Management.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC processes and SAP Fiori applications.

• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM.

• Experience in business requirement gathering, solution design, SAP configuration, and functional specifications.

• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

• Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration concepts.

• Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP SD/OTC or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and configure SAP OTC processes in SAP SD.

• Support Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Customer Master Data, and Credit Management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, TM) to ensure seamless process integration.

• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements.

• Perform system testing, support UAT, and resolve production issues.

• Support SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and post-go-live activities.

• Assist in data migration, master data management, and cutover activities.

• Create functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.

• Conduct end-user training and facilitate client workshops.

• Drive process improvements and provide ongoing production support in Agile and global delivery environments.
