Provide customer service excellence to the USA employee population. Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing and compliance including the ability to answer employee inquiries with respect to HR, payroll & time policies, and practices in a complex large employer multi-state environment.
Job Duties
- Configure SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements and participate in workflow improvement projects.
- Analyze and assess business requests and determine options for implementation.
- Conduct analytics, compile reports, and recommend system or business process improvements.
- Resolve time and payroll issues in a timely manner.
- Expand the scope of support to more areas of HCM.
- Recommend and implement solutions that leverage our existing technologies and consider IS strategy.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in the payroll profession.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP HCM.
- Multi-state large employer experience.
- Garnishment processing, Extensive payroll & time system knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office applications specifically excel.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
