Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead and support all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Work closely with clients to define business processes and software solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients on HR business process design and system functionalities.
  • Document and present solutions using various methods, including client-facing presentations and demos.
  • Provide support in HR business process development and system integration.

 

Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules.
  • 3-5 years of relevant IT or operations experience, preferably in SAP HCM/IT HR/PeopleSoft HCM.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR business user, HR IT administrator, or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR business process design and system integration.
  • Ability to document solutions and present them effectively to clients.
  • Experience with client-facing activities, including requirements gathering, process definition, and solution delivery.
