Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the Record to Report (RTR) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
• Drive functional solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Oversee and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants, providing guidance, quality control, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and deliver complex SAP solutions, integrating FICO with SD, MM, and PP modules, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency.
• Lead the configuration and deployment of Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Project Systems, particularly in Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios.
• Conduct system analysis, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Support estimation activities, resource planning, and deliverables review as part of SAP delivery best practices.
• Engage business stakeholders across all levels—from field staff to executives—to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide training.
• Promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving within the team and across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience with a focus on FICO and RTR processes.
• 3+ years in a senior lead or architectural role, with experience directly or indirectly managing SAP professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO, including sub-modules such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Controlling.
• Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and PP modules.
• Expertise in Product Costing and Material Ledger.
• Hands-on experience with Project Systems in Make-to-Order (MTO) environments.
• Proven success in leading SAP implementation projects from blueprint through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP solution estimation and applying best practices in SAP delivery methodologies (e.g., Activate, ASAP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification(s) in FICO or S/4HANA.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exposure to SAP BPC, SAC, or other reporting tools.
