Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP EAM implementations: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and support.
• Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and process design for Plant Maintenance and related functions.
• Translate business needs into system designs and functional specs.
• Support integration with SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CRM) and 3rd-party systems.
• Collaborate with EAM architects to assess emerging technologies and define future-state roadmaps.
• Act as a liaison among business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Ensure solution integrity across development, testing, and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SAP EAM design and implementation.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield/brownfield).
• Experience with system migrations, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of SAP integrations and technical landscape.
