Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and standardize SAP FPSL based on business requirements.
• Design and implement FPSL data models including SDL, RDL, and CVPM components.
• Lead development initiatives in SAP BW (including ADSO, DSO objects) to support FPSL data flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Support and maintain full SAP FPSL architecture, ensuring optimal integration with S/4HANA and related modules.
• Develop interfaces between SAP Finance and external systems.
• Support reporting requirements using tools like SAC or Analytics for Office.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional project teams, manage priorities, and resolve complex issues.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP FPSL configuration and architecture.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW, particularly with ADSO/DSO.
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance modules: FPSL, Bank Analyzer, Group Reporting, BPC.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and SAP reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAP-to-non-SAP integrations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
