Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator to support system administration, configuration, issue resolution, data management, reporting, testing, and documentation. The role ensures the effective operation of SAP Fieldglass and supports ongoing system enhancements and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer SAP Fieldglass, including user access, roles, and system configurations.
- Support Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage service requests.
- Support system testing, enhancements, and integrations.
- Execute data uploads and maintain data integrity.
- Generate operational and ad hoc reports; analyze and validate data.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and job aids.
- Support change management and provide end-user assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of SAP Fieldglass system administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking.
- Strong skills in system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, documentation, and change management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
