Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO & PS solutions in S/4HANA.
• Configure and implement FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking), CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA), and PS modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, Ariba, and BTP modules.
• Manage Business Partner setup, Cash Management, and Liquidity Planning.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Resolve high-priority (P1/P2) issues and ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders.
• Support testing, upgrades, and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and Project Systems (PS), with at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.
• In-depth experience with configuration and support of:
  • FI modules: GL, AR, AP, New Asset Accounting, Banking
  • CO modules: PCA, CCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger
  • COPA and PS modules
• Deep understanding of integration between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, Ariba, BTP).
• Strong experience with Business Partner Master Data, Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, and Bank Communication Management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in creating functional specifications, and coordinating with ABAP developers for RICEFs.
