Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI and CO modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with client's business requirements and industry standards.
• Configure SAP systems to meet clients' specific needs, including chart of accounts, fiscal year close, and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain custom coding as needed to meet client's requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure accurate and efficient system functionality.
• Perform quality assurance activities to identify and resolve defects.
• Manage changes to the SAP system, including configuration changes, updates, and upgrades.
• Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in 2-3 full implementations of SAP FI modules. 
• Minimum 6 years of SAP FICO / FI-CA experience.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts
• Experience with SAP ECC (ERP Central Component) or S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming language.
• Familiarity with Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good to have an SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Management (SAP FICO).
