Role and Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICA and FICO modules to meet business requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with FICA/FICO functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICA/FICO solutions with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance and best practices for FICA/FICO processes based on industry standards and project experience.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICA/FICO configurations and interfaces.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of SAP updates and industry trends relevant to FICA/FICO processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP FICA and FICO modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Solid understanding of FICA/FICO processes and configuration.
• Accounting background or relevant experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration points.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
