Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for landscape management, availability and performance of all SAP systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems.
• Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss in case of failures.
• Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.
• Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers
• Drive for continuous improvement as a team member

Required Skill Set

• SAP BTP: 2-5 years
• ECC to EWM interfaces: 2-5 years
• SAP ME to EWM interfaces: 2-5 years
• Deep industry knowledge - warehouse management: 10+ years
• S/4 Hana EWM Decentralized: 5-10 years
• S/4 TMS to S/4 EWM: 2-5 years
• Core EWM experience - Receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, Handheld: 10+ years
• Good experience on CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF, EWM RF Framework: 10+ years
