Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountable for landscape management, availability, and performance of all SAP systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with different teams in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP systems.
• Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss in case of failures.
• Provide technical upgrades and functional and technical enhancements.
• Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team, and service providers
• Drive for continuous improvement as a team member

Required Experience

• 10+ overall and 4+ years of experience in warehouse management, including a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, best practices, and industry standards
• Hands-on experience with integrating SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) interfaces, including data flow management and system integration.
• Experience in managing interfaces between SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and SAP EWM, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
• In-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) in a decentralized environment, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• Comprehensive experience in core EWM functionalities including receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, and handheld devices.
• Extensive experience with CIF (Core Interface), DRF (Data Replication Framework), QRFC (Queued Remote Function Calls), PPF (Post Processing Framework), and EWM RF (Radio Frequency) Framework.
