8–12+ years of SAP Concur implementation experience with strong expertise in Concur Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, and Audit (Oversight preferred)
Proven experience leading end-to-end global/multi-country Concur rollouts including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Strong knowledge of expense policies, approval workflows, VAT/tax handling, per diems, mileage, and corporate card programs
Experience integrating SAP Concur with S/4HANA and HR systems in global enterprise environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and proactively handle risks/issues
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead functional workshops and requirement validation sessions with global and regional stakeholders
Own Concur Expense configuration including policies, expense types, audit rules, workflows, and localization
Review and guide functional specifications for integrations and enhancements
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across regions
Provide functional leadership and coordination for offshore consultants
Act as the primary functional SME and client point of contact
Ensure alignment with global travel & expense governance standards
