SAP Commissions (formerly Callidus) - Crystal Reporting Consultant

Job description

You are a consultant and have solid experience in the following areas of SAP Commissions: 

1.      Participate in requirement gathering workshops. Work with business and IT teams to understand and document low level requirements.

2.      Design data models as per business requirements if needed.

3.      Test the developments – individually and in an integrated environment.

4.      Assist business users in User Acceptance Testing

5.      Create training documents for Compensation Admins regarding Data Load processes and mapping requirements.

6.      Promote solution to higher application environments and perform cutover activities.

7.      Must be able to quickly resolve post go live issues in terms of data fix and solution corrections/adaptations.

Must Have

Academic Qualifications: Graduation 

Experience/Skill Sets: SAP Commissions

·                Upto 6+ years of IT experience in technical role

·                3-5 years of SAP Commissions SAP HANA DI experience

·                At least 1 end to end implementation experience in SAP Commissions with Oracle/HANA as backend database.

·                At least 2 years’ experience of AMS activities specially ticket handling 

·                Informatica/CDL experience with good knowledge on Data Model and SAP Commissions ODI framework.

·                Load reference, comp plan and transactios data on Commissions UI or from drop box 

·                Data integration setup on Commissions and associated SPM Home environment. Good knowledge with concept of data stage and data load process.

·                Know and understand Commission DB tables. Good to have Experience in writing advanced SQL queries, stagehooks. 

·                Good knowledge of PL/SQL to understand Stagehooks and Stored Procedures logic. Debug them if necessary or suggest process improvements.

Good to Have:

·                SAP advanced workflows – create payment approval process, payment dispute resolution process

·                SAP Territory and Quota – geography rules, territory programs, territory hierarchy, rules for account alignment, quota setup and distribution process.

·                Certification in SAP Commissions
