Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst specializing in the Sherpa Module to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP Sherpa to meet our business needs. As the primary contact for Sherpa-related projects, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and develop strategies to maximize efficiency and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Design solutions within the SAP Sherpa module to address operational needs.
  • Configure and customize Sherpa functionalities, ensuring alignment with business goals and process requirements.
  • Lead Sherpa module-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and other business units to ensure successful module integration and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support for users, promptly resolving issues and managing escalations as needed.
  • Develop training materials and deliver user training sessions.
  • Create technical documentation for end-users and support teams.
  • Conduct data analyses and generate reports on Sherpa module usage, performance, and KPIs to identify areas for optimization.

 

Experience
  • 5+ years as an SAP Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in the SAP Sherpa module is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with Activate Methodology.

 

Skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • SAP certification, particularly in Sherpa or related modules.
