Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and use case development to support system design and process improvement.
• Support SAP S/4HANA financial project activities, including configuration reviews, solution validation, and functional design discussions.
• Lead and participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—including writing test scripts, executing tests, managing test cycles, and tracking defects.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
• Assist in Agile project planning, sprint activities, and documentation using modern Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Provide functional expertise and support during go-live, hypercare, and system enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date on SAP best practices, new S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a strong focus on financial projects and hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Solid understanding of financial business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and related functional areas.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, including process mapping, use case creation, and writing detailed functional requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience with System Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—including test script creation, defect management, and test execution.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• SAP Certification or relevant industry certifications preferred.
