We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant with hands-on expertise in Node.js, CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model), and SAP HANA Cloud Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP BTP application development and cloud-native services, with deep experience across the SAP Business Technology Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality BTP-based solutions
• Develop and maintain CAP-based applications using Node.js
• Develop backend services and HANA data models using SQLScript, calculation views, and CDS
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient application architecture within the Cloud Foundry environment
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues using logs and tracing tools

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an SAP BTP Developer with hands-on work using Node.js and CAPM
• Strong HANA Cloud Development background (not limited to BW HANA)
• Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Foundry environment and its core features
• Expertise in SQL Script, PL/SQL, stored procedures, function calls, data modeling (tables, calculation views, etc.)
• Proficiency in Business Application Studio tools (Catalog, SQL Console, Trace)
• Familiarity with Cloud Foundry security concepts (roles, privileges)
• Hands-on experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) using Node.js
• Strong coding experience in Node.js and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS)
• Experience in debugging using logs and trace tools
• Familiarity with Smart Data Access (SDA), Smart Data Integration (SDI), and SAP ST concepts
• SAPUI5 experience is a plus

Qualifications

• 1+ full-cycle implementation project experience on SAP BTP
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
