Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Basis delivery across modules including ECC, BW, MII, CRM, SCM, SLT, PO, Solution Manager, Fiori, GRC, and databases such as SQL, Sybase, and HANA.
• Oversee high-availability setups, performance optimization, system upgrades, migrations, and hybrid/cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ensure compliance with SAP security standards, ITIL processes, and governance frameworks.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication to drive business outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decision-making at senior leadership levels.
• Operate independently at customer sites and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP Basis delivery experience across complex and large-scale environments.
• Proven expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Security, Compliance, and ITIL-based operations.
