Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in Asset Management (AM).
• Proven ability to design and configure business processes in SAP AM.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in production support and issue resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Prior federal project experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and optimize the SAP AM module to meet business and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and enhance asset management processes.
• Implement system enhancements and process improvements in alignment with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP AM with other SAP modules and systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to functional and technical teams during solution design and implementation.
• Support production issue resolution and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DoD or Navy ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Navy/DoD IT architectures.
• Experience in post–go-live support and break/fix resolution.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
