We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to provide functional support, production support, and enhancement services across SAP Ariba modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Catalog Management, Buying and Invoicing, and integrations with SAP MDG and SailPoint.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide functional and production support for SAP Ariba across project and business environments.
- Manage supplier lifecycle activities, including supplier onboarding, enablement, and supplier management.
- Support Guided Buying processes and resolve functional issues reported by business users.
- Manage catalog configuration, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, including transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Assist with reporting requirements, data validation, and report-related issues.
- Support SailPoint integration and related identity management, access provisioning, and authorization workflows.
- Troubleshoot custom integrations between SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Coordinate with technical teams to analyze integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues.
- Provide end-to-end production support across SAP Ariba functional modules, ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Participate in SAP upgrade activities, including impact analysis, functional testing, defect resolution, and post-upgrade support.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis and document functional requirements, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Contribute to testing, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation, functional support, or production support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Management, Guided Buying, Catalogs, and Buying and Invoicing.
- Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with SailPoint integration and identity/access provisioning workflows.
- Experience supporting SAP Ariba SLP integration with SAP MDG.
- Understanding of SAP upgrade cycles, regression testing, and defect management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Ariba certification.
- Experience supporting SAP Ariba in large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar IT service management and ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of SAP MDG, master data processes, and enterprise integration landscapes.
