Role and Responsibilities

• CIF integration of PDS and Custom user exit experience.
• Analyze current business processes, identify possible gaps for improvement, and propose IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop, prototype, test, and implement SAP APO solution enhancements.
• Contribute or lead larger projects and/or guide others to lead smaller projects.
• Manage change management for end users in terms of training in ECC & SAP APO.
• Provide SAP production support across different business units around the globe, specializing in the APO DP, SNP, and PPDS functions.
