Job Duties

• Provide IT support for Supply Chain and Master Data using ECC and SAP APO
• Address business requirements for global Supply Planning and MSL domains
• Resolve service requests based on criticality and SLA
• Test and deploy system enhancements and bug fixes
• Develop job aids, procedures, and provide user coaching
• Manage change management and training for ECC & SAP APO users
• Support time-sensitive processes, including weekend support for monthly cycles

Required Skills

• BA/BS degree
• 5-8 years of IT experience
• 4+ years of experience with APO/SNP in complex networks
• Strong SAP/ECC experience, including MM and SD modules
• Expertise in CIF configuration and monitoring
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and related process flows
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Attention to detail, including writing functional specifications
