Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct fit-gap assessments/feasibility analysis, facilitate workshops with IT and business stakeholders
• Participate in scrum meetings, define & refine user stories with Business & IT teams, user story grooming
• Participate to define test scenarios and coordinate with various teams during testing
• Able to interface with senior leadership, provide updates, articulate risk/assumption/issues/dependencies

Must Have:

• Proficient at project coordination and driving work across multiple teams with multiple priorities
• Must have excellent communication skills and executive presence
• Possess knowledge of Supply Chain processes
• Flexibility to travel
• Preferably prior J&J experience & preferably Medical Devices is a plus.
• Min 4-6 yr working experience of SAP APO – Demand planning and supply network planning
• Min 2-4 yr exp in end to end Supply chain planning processes
• 2-3 yr experience in agile methodology
