Must have Skills :

• As an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong ABAP skills.
• You will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support to clients using the SAP HCM (Human Resources) module.
• Your role will involve analyzing existing implementation and developing business requirements from them.
• You would be designing solutions within the SAP HCM module, developing business requirements, analyzing ABAP programs, scripts and providing ongoing expertise as a product owner to customers.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the successful implementation of SAP HCM solutions.

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Techno-Functional consultant ;US Payroll, Success Factor experience is a plus
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in developing solutions within the SAP HR module.
• Having 5-6 years of ABAP experience, Expertise in ABAP programming, scripts, and reports.  
• Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects and ABAP Workbench.
• Involve in requirement definition and elaboration for developers
• Responsible for products end to end methodology and following best practices
• Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a similar field
