Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Led a team of ABAP developers in the delivery of SAP development projects.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ABAP development team.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Participate in the planning and estimation of SAP development efforts.

 

Qualifications
  • Senior ABAP Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on S4H conversion experience.
  • Ability to perform custom code impact analysis for S4H with a focus on interfaces, Should be able to propose and try out different custom code adaption approaches and recommend the best approach.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, techniques, and protocols.
  • Experience with the design and development of interfaces / APIs with a focus on re-usability and configurability.  
  • Understands test automation concepts, and experience working on projects with a strong test automation culture.
  • Strong awareness of secure programming concepts and performance best practices in SAP environments.
