Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salsify / Node.js Lead to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salsify or related PIM tools, along with proven leadership skills to guide a 6-member offshore team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a 6-member offshore development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.

• Drive product implementation initiatives, particularly within eCommerce and PIM domains.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Salsify experience strongly preferred.

  • If not, experience with PIM tools (e.g., Akeneo, Inriver) is acceptable.

  • Alternatively, strong eCommerce product implementation experience (e.g., SAP Hybris, Shopify, Commerce Tools).

• Strong development expertise in Node.js.

  • Full Stack development experience will also be considered if Node.js is not primary.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams (not an individual contributor role).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Work Arrangement:

• This role is onsite in Dallas, TX.
