Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Architecture and high-level solution design.
• Accountable for the overall FSC technical solution and its successful implementation with a configure-first approach.
• Define development guidelines and test execution plans.
• Review solutions and recommend improvements.
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce,
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project,
• Guide the Scrum Master and Technical Leads on technical dependencies and activity sequencing within the project.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations of salesforce.com.
• Good understanding of different Salesforce products Sales Cloud Service Cloud.
• Good knowledge and work experience in SFDC configuration customization programming with APEX Class Triggers APIs. 
• Hands-on work experience with Salesforcecom web services WSDL and other integration aspects.
• Should have deployment experience using ANT tool or change set data migration using data loader and other commercial tools.
• Salesforce Integration experience with various Agency Management Claims and other relevant applications.
